Since the revision of July 2024, the file is sorted by RA. In the previous version, the file was sorted by the constellation and contiguous points.
The previous version allows to draw the boundary of the constellation (polygons).
The new version permits only to retrieve the points of the boundary and not the arcs of th boundaries. The current file is unusuable.

Could you reprocess the file in order to have the same behavior as before ?

When the circumpolar arc of UMI was fixed, the corresponding arc in CEP was not changed. As a result, if you plot both UMI and CEP, the arcs do not line up.

[UMI] and [OCT] J2000 boundaries have been fixed in August 2019, see the History section of the ReadMe file.

Both [UMI] and [OCT] J2000 interpolated data are partially incorrect. See the linked generated pictures from the data:
