Though entitled "Cross-identifications to Simbad, Vizier and ADS", this table is not a cross-identification with Simbad. It is just a cross-match with a search radius of 15'', taking the closest source whatever the distance between 0 and 15''. The "Xids" proposed in this table at more than 1-3'' from the Simbad position are most likely wrong. The accuracy of the positions in Simbad should have been taken into account. In many cases it is subarcsecond; for "stars in cluster" unidentified in 2MASS it can be a few arseconds.
